Common Problems and Professional Solutions
Practical English for Facilitators, Coaches and International Meetings
International workshops and coaching sessions rarely go exactly according to plan. Language difficulties, cultural differences, dominant participants, technical problems and time pressure can quickly change the dynamics of a session.
The aim of this training is not simply to learn vocabulary. It is to practise how to react professionally in English when something unexpected happens.
Training idea:
Read the problem first and think:
"What would I do or say in this situation?"
Then click Show solution and compare your answer
with the suggested response.
