Tom visits Hartmann & Hale's factory in the Münsterland for the first time. He wants to see where the WorkWell chairs are made.

Anna and the production manager show him the whole process: cutting, welding, assembling, testing, packing. But there's a problem: customers have reported that some chair wheels break after a few weeks.

Today they want to find out why – and how to stop it happening again.
